This information is solely utilized to facilitate the wine tasting event and maintain communication with our guests regarding event details, updates, and relevant information.
Data Storage and Retention
All guest data collected is securely stored in our database, accessible only to authorized personnel.
We adhere to strict retention practices and do not retain guest data for longer than necessary. Guest data will be retained for a maximum period of two years from the date of the wine tasting event.
After the two-year period, guest data will be securely and permanently deleted from our database.
